Marriage: 

Marriage is officiated according to Islamic law as well as the law of the USA. A marriage license issued by a city/ town hall in Massachusetts is required. A marriage outside the State of Massachusetts, including Canada, can also be officiated within the legal requirements of the State. An Islamic certificate of marriage shall be properly issued to the couple.

Divorce: 

Divorce is provided according to Islamic law if a couple already acquires a civil divorce. An Islamic certificate of divorce shall be properly issued to the couple. Special arrangements shall be made in case the husband was not willing to grant the wife an Islamic divorce. Other cases shall be discussed for an established solution.

Funeral Arrangements

Full arrangements for washing “ghusl”, shrouding “kafan”, Janaazah prayer, and burial, in accordance with Islamic law. We strongly recommend that a family should not contact a funeral home outside Massachusetts in case a loved one died outside the State and the family wishes to be buried in Massachusetts. IIBoston will handle the arrangements avoiding excessive financial costs.

Counselling:

Confidential counselling is provided to youth and marital disputes, including marital violence and spouse abuse, divorce, divorce abuse, and child custody.

Islamic Will:

Public Speaking and Court Expert witness on issues of marriage and divorce, including related religious matters.
